SHIPPING POLICY
1. Orders over $80(before Tax), Free shipping via Canada Post.
2. T and T Beauty Supply does not ship to outside of Canada directly unless using our third party carrier.
3. T and T Beauty Supply provide local pick up service only on pre-paid online purchase.
4. Shipping cost will be presented automatically, during checking out.
5. If a product is out of stock, T and T beauty Supply will notify you by e-mail.
6. All orders will be shipped out within 1-3 business days. (If order couldn't ship out within 3 business days, T and T Beauty Supply will notify to customers.)
7. Delivery time estimates are calculated from the day the merchandise is shipped.
8. All order is delivered by Canada Post within 1-7 business days after the merchandise is shipped.
9. Cancel has to to be done before shipping. Otherwise, cancel request will be processed based on return policy.
10. There will be extra shipping charge if package has been returned to T and T Beauty Supply by Customer's mistakes.
(eg. Incorrect information of address, recipient)
11. Original Shipping cost isn't returnable for orders which has been shipped out or returned by Customer's mistakes.(eg. Incorrect information of address, recipient)
12. Due to difficulties of air delivery, T and T Beauty Supply Online will stop delivery service for following provinces.
