PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE NO INSTORE RETURNS ONLY EXCHANGE OR CREDIT
1. Purchased merchandise must be in original condition, same as brand new.
2. Final Sale, Clearance, Event sale items are not returnable.
3. Exchange, must be made within 14 days since the customer received products.
4. The original shipping cost is not refundable.
(If there are our shipping mistakes, full cost will be refundable.)
5. If there are any signs that the products are tried or used, return will be denied.
6. Delivery fail caused by customer's mistakes, there will be re-shipping fee on customer, and if customer wants to get refund of the order, original shipping cost won't be return-able.
(e.g. incomplete address, wrong information of recipient, etc.)
7. Do not visit store to return or exchange orders, before you contact T and T Beauty Supply Online. (Unapproved store return and exchange could be denied by T and T Beauty Supply Local stores)
Under any circumstances, following items are not return-able. <Manufacturer defects are exception>
- Wig / Closure / Ponytail / Bun Hair
- All unsealed hair & Skin care products.
(eg. Bottle, Jar, Spray, Pump and Tube type products, which are unsealed)
- Electronic devices
How to get exchange or refund (CREDIT)
Step1. Contact our online Customer Service by e-mail ([email protected])
*Detail explanations / pictures will be required for processing exchanges / refund.
Step2. Once your return request approved, please send the items back to us.
*Return shipping cost will be charged on customer.
(Except for defective items / causes of mistakes by T and T Beauty Supply Online.)
NOTE : If the packaging or product has been damaged, please contact T and T Beauty Supply Online Team ([email protected]). Please Do not send it back to us before you claim it. There will be extra charge for re-shipping the items.
